During this week i as able to take around nine topics which included importance of consumer protection,legal protection to consumers,features of consumer protection act ,consumer rights,responsibilities of consumer's,redressal agencies-district forum,state commission,national commission.During this week there was a counselling class for the the higher secondary students by Mrs. Remya. This was a good session for the students,since adolescence is the period of immense change and the need a proper guidance. Students also actively participated in my class for all the activities conducted in the class.  

During this week  i was able to complete four topics ,they included David  Mc Clelland's motivational Needs,role of entrepreneurs in relation to their enterprise,entrepreneurial values and attitude,concept of consumer protection and problems faced by consumer. During this week i also conducted a diagnostic test after the completion of one chapter that is Entrepreneurial Development.I started a new chapter that is Consumer Protection.During this week there was a visit to special school by the higher secondary students which was a new experience for the students.Students positive energy gave me a positive energy.When    students engaged in various activities my confidence level increased. I am satisfied in this week’s class. Students were actively participated in the class room activities

During this week i was able to cover four topics and they are functions of entrepreneurship in relation to economic development,functions of entrepreneur,entrepreneurial competencies, process of setting up of an enterprise.I have made use of power point presentation to deliver the topic functions of entrepreneurship in relation to economic development and for showing the process of setting up of an enterprise . Students liked the PPT presentation and responded very well,others methods used for other topics are lecture method,general discussion ,brainstorming, group discussion.During this week my option teacher Mrs. Lissy George came to observe my class i took the topic process of setting up of an enterprise ,i prepared the topic in the form of ppt and delivered it before the class. She observed my class carefully and told me y mistakes and the areas were i should take care of.Overall this week was good and i was able to deliver the topics nicely. 

World Diabetes Day 2018-19 The theme for World Diabetes Day 2018 -2019 is  The Family and Diabetes .  A two-year time frame has been chosen to best align the World Diabetes Day campaign to the current International Diabetes Federation strategic plan and facilitate planning, development, promotion and participation. Materials and actions that International Diabetes Federation will develop over the two years of the campaign will aim to: Raise awareness of the impact that diabetes has on the family and support network of those affected.   This is my second phase of teaching practice starting from 12 November 2018 to 7 December 2018 and again from 23 January 2019 to 26 January 2019.For this fourth semester teaching practice I have been allotted St.Thomas Higher Secondary School, Kadampanad. As I have done my first phase of  me school teaching practice in third semester here itself i was very happy to go back to that same school.During this phase I have been allotted plus two commerce batch and the class comprises of fifty six students the class teacher of the class is Mrs. Jincy Thomas.I have been asked to take two chapters they are chapter12 and chapter 13 entrepreneurial development. TEACHING PRACTICE Teaching practice is an important component of becoming a teacher. It grants student teachers experience in the actual teaching and learning environment. During teaching practice, a student teacher is given the opportunity to try the art of teaching before actually getting into the real world of the teaching profession.
